Refund policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns and exchanges. We ask that you notify us of this within 7 days of the date you received the order, all orders that are notified within 8-14 days will only be eligible for an exchange. After 14 days the items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

*The initial shipping costs are non-refundable

HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE?

If you are making a return, the return label cost is $4 for small/medium size packages, and $9 for large size packages.

If you are making an exchange, return labels are sent free of charge.

WHAT ITEMS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If an item has been worn, washed or the condition it was received has been altered, it will not be accepted for a return/exchange

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When your order has been received, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days
