Notes: This skirt was used under dresses to give them more volume in the 1950s. It has a slightly open back so it’s best for layering over shorts or another skirt, also great for festivals! It is in vintage condition, with discoloration at the top from age, as well as some small holes. It’s best to hand wash and hang dry this piece.
